Today I'm wearing one of my favourite pairs of heels. They have a mesh effect on the sides which produces a sharp scratching noise as I rub them together. Today we are doing ASMR around my shoes - listen as I rub them together for sharp scratches, or clap them together for heavier thuds. I take one shoe off and rub against my foot for different sensations. I then remove the other and tap and scratch with my long nails. I end by dropping for a final thud.
